<p>Nous parlerons des différentes façons de comprendre le Liban et la Grèce aujourd'hui. Par l'enquête et la mémoire. De Beyrouth à Athènes et Héraklion, la réalité contemporaine prend des tours singuliers, nocturnes, bien plus complexes qu'un état de fait où s'entremêlent la violence, la corruption et la crise de la dette. Grâce à la fiction, nous découvrirons des individus qui tentent de s'affranchir de leurs pays. Mais quand les non-dits refont surface, les choses se corsent.</p>

Journaliste, il réalise en 2011 le documentaire <i>The Truth That Wasn’t There</i> sur le Sri Lanka et la situation post-conflit, et produit en 2013 <i>Forgive Me Mother</i> sur les enfants soldats dans le Nord-Ouganda. Il publie chez Tinder Press son premier roman <i>In Our Mad and Furious City</i>, lauréat du Dylan Thomas Prize et traduit en français sous le titre <i>Au rythme de notre colère</i> (Grasset, 2020).
